Sleep–interrupted

I turned out the lights at 10 PM last night and slept fitfully until just after 1 AM. Since then, I’ve been awake, unable to go back to sleep. I’m debating giving up, turning on the light and reading until I have to get ready for work, in about 4 hours, but I’m going to give it one more shot because I know that losing those 4 hours of sleep will haunt me the rest of the day.

I really hate it when I can’t sleep.
