I got a hair cut

I complained about my hair yesterday so I might as well say that I’ve taken care of it. Got another $30 haircut at lunch today. “April” cut my hair this time, and she was very friendly. From Chicago. Anyway, I got the usual, #1 on the sides and back, half and inch trimmed off elsewhere. It looks a little better now.

A strange thing happened, however. While April was shampooing my hair, it turned into a rather pleasant head massage. That’s never happened to me before when getting a haircut. Does this happen to other people? In any event, I tipped her extra for her effort.

Yes, these are the little details that make my life so interested and absorbing. It’s like watching a train-wreck. You just don’t want to look away.
